Day Eight: Looking through the grey
Today after work I went through campus . . .
. . . and it was tough.
Short and sweet was my original goal so I will try to keep these post just that, short and sweet.
I talked to two internationals right after work. Both of them were from Korea and one of them had parents that were saved.
I chatted with the first guy for about 30 minutes and I think the chat with the next guy went a little longer.
The first guy kept trying to tell me that Jesus was a myth and found it hard to get away from that. I told him I was interested in reading his sources but he didn't have the time. Finally I told Him that Jesus is real and can prove Himself. It ended with a friendly goodbye. He wanted no prayer.
The second guy was the one with the Christian parents and a Christian friend who is a Physics major like himself. His chum talks to him about Jesus is what I was told and has also made it clear that prayer would be coming his way. My new pal was cool with me praying for him but not while he was around.
Lastly, I spoke with a gentleman who after one question was done and wanted no more talking between myself and him. I prayed
Lesson learned
Some days don't feel as positive as others but God is working ALL THE TIME and we know this.
PRAISE JESUS!!!
God bless kids :-)
