Day 4: When it rains it pours . . . but so what :-)
The rain came down and the clouds came in but the Word of the Lord marched right on :-)"So let Your glory shine around
Let Your glory shine around
King of glory here be found
King of glory"
Matt Redman - Facedown (It's crazy good)

I'm not gonna kid you guys when I saw the rain I was a little worried.
Would anybody even be hanging around with it raining and all?
Would anybody even be hanging around with it raining and all?
What if nobody wanted to do a survey?
What if I jumped on the bus and EVERYONE shot me down?
The truth is the rain was slowing down by the time I got done praying and I never had to open the umbrella :-)
Can I get a PRAISE JESUS!?!?!?
As I was making my way through campus I ran into a few students who were indeed just trying to jet but eventually I ran into an international student from Japan. He has read the Bible he told me but still hasn't quite believed that Jesus was who He is. My bud respects Jesus but as of yet is not ready to give his life to Him. We talked some and he let me pray for him and his dad which was cool.
P.S. I learned about Amakusa Shiro who was a Japanese Christian back in the 1600's. It is said that he walked on water and I encourage you all to read about him. This guy was the real deal. Thanks to my international bud for that choice info :-)
The second person I talked to was this guy who believed in Jesus and prays to Him every night. He doesn't know if he's saved or if Jesus loves him and wants to meet up with him so after some chatting I tryed to encourage the guy the best that I could and prayed for him after we parted ways. He didn't want any prayer while we were together but was very nice and friendly.
Finally I ran into this girl who was born in India who said she was an agnostic. She went to Catholic school until she was ten but never really believed any of it. Prayer in the morning and during assemblies was all that she recalled. My talk with her was pretty cool and she seemed pretty interested. Either that or she thought I was nuts and figured it was entertaining. She got a call during our talk and she told her friend that she was really hungary. A few minutes later when I asked if she wanted prayer she told me she had nothing better to do with a smile. SCORE! I prayed for Jesus to show Himself to her and I know He will. We walked a bit and talked some more and then we were off on our seperate ways.
Lesson learned
Don't refuse to go out just because you think no one will be out there or open to what you have to share. The days may be rainy but God is always going at it!
Peace and love :-)
Be blessed guys :-D
